David got us the right money with the right buyers and was amazingly patient with multiple family members to deal with. We sold in under a month. Nothing is too much for Linda. Mine was a complicated purchase with lots of delays. Linda was always happy and patient. She also puts more than 100% into making sure both seller and purchaser are at ease and the the property is looking too notch. Highly recommend Linda as your agent.

Not only does Linda have an extensive knowledge of the market, she also knows how to present your home ready for selling. One of her many attirbutes is her abiltiy to help you to dress your home so that it is appealing to as many buyers as possible, to help you to get that sale. From the start Linda showed great enthusiasm towards marketing our home. She did warn us that property in our price range we’re taking longer to sell and that certainly was the case with ours. But Linda kept doing everything possible to get buyers through and follow up after viewings. Linda also helped stage the house bring her own items in for no extra charge. During the campaign Linda never let her enthusiasm slip and was extremely positive. We were a bit disappointed to have to drop the price to get a sale over the line but overall we were happy with the outcome. We would have no hesitation in using Linda again and highly recommend her as a very trustworthy agent.
