Our property was brilliantly located, but had a few complications due to body corporate which meant David really had to know his stuff! David is an agent who is is very transparent, honest, persistant and caring and knows the Sunshine Coast thoroughly! After a long road a great result was achieved for both buyer & seller. We certainly recommend David & Villa Prestige Properties and would not hesitate to use them again on the Sunshine Coast!

When our Mum moved into care we decided to sell the family home at Coolum Beach. We all live interstate which made preparing a house, that had been lived in for 25 years, difficult. Linda and her team were able to project manage the cleaning out, revitalising, repairs and furniture staging. This was all before the marketing could start. We found that the advertising , open houses, and listing on the web, both domestic and international, was effective and efficient.
