Our house had been languishing with the previous agent but Linda took one look and told us she could sell it and get a good price. In a very short time she had worked her magic with some decor tweaks and sure enough in next to no time we had a buyer. There was a hiccup when this buyer who had been less than truthful about his domestic pets, pulled out. But, undaunted, Linda assured us that she had more buyers lined up and two days later it was sold this time with no complications. We couldn’t be happier with the result. It was especially crucial to us as there was a health issue forcing us to find a more suitable home urgently. We were very impressed by Linda’s ‘can do’ approach, her decorating skill and the fact that she was so respected by all the tradies, removalists etc who all worked willingly expediting the sale. She is a very special agent, one we would recommend unreservedly.
