Very grateful for having such an amazing agent!
I had a very difficult apartment to sell with building issues. I was extremely impressed by Max. Unlike other real estate agents, max was extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuine. Max made sure I was informed throughout the whole process and was honest with all prospective buyers about the building issues yet still managed to come up with a strategy to create competition and sold the apartment promptly and for much more than I expected.
