Huss was exceptionally professional and also very personable. He almost became a member of our family such was the care and concern he took over selling our property. The communication from Huss and his team was outstanding. We always knew where we stood throughout the campaign. All costs etc and the plan of the campaign were very clear and easy to follow. Our home had been in the family since it was built in the early 50's so there was a lot of emotion attached to the sale. Huss understood this and treated the house with the dignity we felt it deserved. He achieved a record result in our area and it is fitting that he did so for himself, his team and our family. Huss was exceptional, he was honest, patient and courteous. This was our family of home of almost 10 years so it was an emotional and sentimental move for us. Huss, Joseph and the Village team were fantastic to work with. They gave excellent advice on how best to present the property for sale and thereafter kept us fully informed at all stages of the sale (their detailed updates after each viewing were very much appreciated). We were particularly impressed with their knowledge of the local market, genuine (and realistic) guidance and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a highly successful sale (e.g. had stories on the property run on both Herald Sun and Channel Seven evening news).
