Joseph is mature and knowledgeable beyond his years. He really knows the market and has excellent advice for his clients when selling their property. He is an excellent real estate agent and follows up on everything. He is very diligent and through and extremely hard working, he only has Sunday off which is most impressive. I have always thought it better to have an older person working on our property sale as they are so experienced, but he has it all, he will do very well in life and real estate I am sure with such a positive attitude and work ethic

We first met Huss a few years prior to our sale, and kept him (and Village Real Estate) in mind for when we needed an agent to firstly lease, and then sell our property. This was our first experience in selling a property, and we were very pleased with a successful and speedy sale. Huss is attentive and a strong negotiator: good qualities for an agent. He was honest with his opinions but also happy to work within our (quite specific) requirements. We also worked a bit with Joseph Lupino and were happy with his service. Huss has been a standout person, and real estate agent, for us. I first came across Huss looking for an apartment. He would call me with recommendations of places he had found that were held with other agents, as well as those held by his agency, if they met my needs. My first apartment was purchased through another agent, but I have always chosen Huss to sell for me! Huss supported me to buy a new home in regional Victoria, and provided valuable advice (and emotional support!!) as my partner and I entered nervous negotiations with an agent with less integrity than Huss. Huss and his team auctioned our house in West Footscray this year and was able to keep us fully informed as to likely buyers throughout the process. Joseph was a breath of fresh air after trying to find a property for 4 years and dealing with multiple realtors who were not really interested in you particularly if the property was going for auction. Joseph was generous with his time and very accommodating when arranging out of normal hours for inspection also contract negotiation. I found him warm, professional and very helpful with great market knowledge. I would highly recommend him a very rare comment from me when it comes to estate agents.
