Our house was not in a popular Newcastle suburb. It did not sell itself. Advice from Ben on pre-sale preparation added to its "Sale Appeal" at very minimal cost. We chose Ben to sell our home immediately after buying our new home through Ben as the selling agent. We saw how hard he worked to close the deal over lengthy negotiations after an auction passed in. After a year long search we dealt with many agents. Some good, some not so good. Some who didn't follow up or return calls & messages.
