Amazing Agent that gets outstanding results .. Quickly!

Personable, honest and reliable agent!
We purchased our new home last month off of David and were extremely excited to say the least. He too seemed equally excited for us and made all aspects of this sale seemless for us from first inspection right through to settlement. David was very knowledgeable about the local area, aspects of the home itself and also very caring/ considerate towards our personal needs. He allowed us access to the property countless times throughout the process (even during evening hours) and positively took on board all our comments and feedback. Finally, an agent that takes care of business!
Dave sold our Leopold home and from start to finish the process was exciting. Not only did he set a record in the area, he highlighted the specific attributes of the property and targeted the clientele we were after. The property sold incredibly quick with offers exceeding a pricepoint we were told we wouldn't get by other agents. We have dealt with a fair few agents over time and basically here it is, if you want an agent who spends time stroking their ego, polishing their BMW and convincing you your home should be at a price that will sell so they get their commission quicker to buy another limited edition iphone to hold against their head in public, look at the big guys. If you want someone who will roll up the sleeves and wrestle the deal into submission effectively with your interests at heart then Dave is your guy. He is no joke.

Truely fantastic agent
From our first meeting, David was so personable, knowledgeable and professional. There was no such typical agent spiel, instead, the service was very personalised and genuine all the way through the campaign. David promised me real time communication throughout the process and that is exactly what we received. David identified serious buyers early in the process and didn't waste any time in focussing in on them. We had 2 offers after our first open for inspection. I couldn't recommend David highly enough and know exactly who I will be calling when we sell our next property.
