David sold our house in one day without it ever going to open. Behind this result was a huge amount of work, thought, night and day phones calls, advice and coaxing us along to do what he knew would get the best result. Having had a bad experience in the past with another agent, David had to work extremely hard to gain our trust but once we handed the process over to him the rest was easy. We were also impressed with his obvious care and enthusiasm for the purchasers. Representing a vendor while making sure the purchasers are also happy would be a hard balance to strike but he did this respectfully.

Despite being extremely happy with our purchase and looking forward to our move in, I felt the pressure to decide very challenging given the quick turnover from time of viewing to decision of offer. David clearly turns over homes very quickly, but for a buyer it is a pressure that one does not need when making such a significant purchase. One needs to trust an agent whom is clearly representing a vendor rather than the buyer. It’s a one sided representation. In future I would consider using a property broker in this situation if in a buying position.
