Was upfront and honest about his fees and gave a true indication on what he thought my property was worth. My property was listed on a Thursday, had an open for inspection on the Saturday and had three offers that day! The eventual sale price being $20,000 above reserve. Our first meeting with David he showed us through our soon to be new house on a public holiday, privately and at short notice, he was then able to negotiate us purchasing our new home with some pretty difficult conditions attached to what we had going on .David took time to come out to our house the night our offer was accepted and give us the confidence That all would be well and work out . Further to this he kept in constant communication throughout the period of the house becoming unconditional and showed great professionalism with his liaising with our conveyancer and our agent selling our home simultaneously. David definitely took some stress out of what was a stressful period of uncertainty , Somehow its all worked out and we have bought our second family house through David and Villarosa real estate and we move in 3 weeks and are very excited about what will be our new family dream home .
