Professional and efficient service
Vivid has been looking after our properties for a number of years now and their service has always been top-notch and efficient. We can safely leave our properties and tenants in their capable hands and they have always achieved a fair outcome for all parties involved. There has always been communication regarding all matters and our properties have always been managed well and kept in good condition. Highly recommended.

Above and Beyond
In an active rental market like we are experiencing, it would be too easy to be complacent, but the Vivid team did those little extra things to present the property at it's best. Then in qualifying applicants, followed through appropriately, to ensure all parties would be personally satisfied.

VIVID are professional people who work for Landlords. I can't thank them enough for their frank, honest advice that enabled the property to be presented so well. Leasing and contractual paperwork was spot-on. Marketing was prompt, great photos, really nice tenants secured 2 days after the home open. Thorough vetting of tenants ensures that my property will be well looked after.

She did that in such an incredibly short time and handled every detail from vacate, remarketing, releasing, agreement finalization so professionally which impressed me very much. She has also achieved a fantastic rental rate far exceeding my expectations. Thank you so much Tina. Being a far away Landlord, l am totally unfamiliar with the laws, the practices and the property market there.
