Has always been professional
I gave them 2 months to find a tenant and happy to note they have done so before the deadline. Hence I am going back to them after a brief stint with Airbnb

Varga Rocks!!
I am a foreign investor and do not reside in Perth. Everything had to be done offshore and Varga was nothing short of amazing in handling my case. They were extremely responsive and most importantly they have a wide network. The property was rented out within a few days! Huge thanks to Ashley for all the patience in making sure I understand all the incredible values I am getting from Varga and Aston, for all the hard work in showcasing the house, getting the rent we wanted and doing all the checks to make sure we get a good tenant. All these are really important and you really need a team to get all these work done! They have a great team and I will definitely recommend them to everyone especially investors!

Great communication
Varga have been great with their level of communication. I've been kept up to date on all developments. The weekly report was very helpful. The only thing I wasn't pleased about was that I had to instigate a home viewing on the weekend, which I attended to myself. As a result of this weekend viewing I was able to find a tenant. It's a shame I had to do this myself.
