Unparalleled Professionalism and Knowledge
Ben's level of local and professional knowledge is outstanding. We looked at a number properties being sold by Ben and found his insights into a wide range of real estate issues invaluable. He was also able to recommend a number of key contacts (who it turns out, hold him the highest regard) and this saved us considerable time during the purchase process. As a buyer, Ben followed up in a courteous and timely manner and his friendly approach along with his market knowledge was much appreciated. Fantastic sales result

Was one of the few agents that was willing to make time for me
I made several calls to a number of agents - and only had 2 agents call me back. Of the two thay called me back, Cory was the only one thay did more the put me onto their "email data base" Cory was polite, had a strong knowlage of the Northen Rivers area and respectful

Exceptionally easy to deal with and very professional
Kaye McGrath is highly skilled and knows the market inside out. I was very impressed by Kaye's capacity to bring things together, organise inspections and open houses and liaise between the buyer and myself. Kaye exhibits great tenacity and progressed the sale in a smooth and timely manner, keeping me informed all the way through the journey.
