There was no pressure, but the suggested price was well above our expectation, and was achieved within $5,000. Recommendations by Kaye on preparation for presentation proved to be effective as the property was under offer within one week. Kaye's prompt attention to signage ( initial sign, open house, under offer, sold) may be a small matter, but is also a reflection on her competence and professionalism.
