Investment property
I recently engaged the services of Wal Murray & Co First National to sell my investment property. I have been buying and selling homes for 15 years. Knowledgeable, competent, supportive, professional - what else do you need?
When discussing sale of the property, Kaye was recommended. She proved to be an ideal choice. There was no pressure, but the suggested price was well above our expectation, and was achieved within $5,000. Recommendations by Kaye on preparation for presentation proved to be effective as the property was under offer within one week. Kaye's prompt attention to signage ( initial sign, open house, under offer, sold) may be a small matter, but is also a reflection on her competence and professionalism. Kaye also followed-up with us regularly, so we were comfortable with the state of progress. I would highly recommend Kaye McGrath to any prospective seller (or purchaser).

Very friendly and professional agent
Kaye was very professional in all aspects of the sale of our property. Kaye was accurate in her appraisal of the property and provided us with suggestions to maximise the potential for a quick sale and organised various trades people to undertake minor repairs and improvements for the open day. Kaye was in regular contact with us to update us on the progress of the open house inspection and subsequent sale. Excellent communication and professional service.
Ben gave a realistic expectation for the property value and achieved the price we agreed to. The property was a very difficult "Niche" and Ben and the team still took it on and managed to move it in a reasonable time frame. Great effort all round, this is my second interaction with Ben and will go back next time.
