Outstanding Agent!
Ben did a marvellous job, conducting himself professionally and admirably throughout the process. The transaction was somewhat more complex than most meaning that the Ben needed to be on top of the process throughout to ensure that the sale completed. His market knowledge, integrity, communication and negotiation skills were impressive and beyond reproach. Gary was a great agent from the start. Even though we hadn’t actually met when we made our offer, his phone manner and professionalism made the process very easy. Gary has been in contact with us through the process and explains everything in good detail and in terms we can understand. My husband and I saw the open house for Alison Ave, walked in and instantly fell in love with the full potenial this rundown house could be. With Gerald's charm and personalised attention we were certain this place had to be our first home. No sooner we left we had placed an offer. Gerald put the offer to the owners the same afternoon and we had our offer accepted 3-4 days after our initial offer.
