I wish all real estate agents were like Wal Murray. I had my property managed by another agent, so naturally gave them the sale when that time came. That was around mid-October 2017, and even though there were a few things I had to fix on the property, I kept being offered much lower offers than the asking price, which was fair. I was constantly being reminded by the agent as to the negative aspects, and to accept lower offers, one of them $25,000 less! Buyers were few and far between, and this I discovered later was due to the fact that it wasn’t listed online, or in print, so we’re relying on passing trade. After 3 months I decided something needed to change as my sale was going nowhere, and remembered a trusted friend had strongly recommended Wal Murray First National, so I rang them and spoke to Kaye McGrath, and things changed from that moment on. My experience with Kay and Wal Murray has been a positive, optimistic and happy one from the outset. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
