I wish all real estate agents were like Wal Murray. I had my property managed by another agent, so naturally gave them the sale when that time came. That was around mid-October 2017, and even though there were a few things I had to fix on the property, I kept being offered much lower offers than the asking price, which was fair. I was constantly being reminded by the agent as to the negative aspects, and to accept lower offers, one of them $25,000 less!
