All good with the process and our interaction with Kate except that i did not like it when she came back to us after making an offer for the full asking amount and being asked whether we were prepared to pay more to stay in the negotiation. Not sure that it is a specific issue from Walkoms but we didn't like the fact that the property was stilling shown after the offer was accepted but before the deposit was paid. This was unsettling especially after to inquiry about our willingness or otherwise to pay more if required.
