We first met Thomas some years ago when we were planning our move to Newcastle City In this time and especially the last 6 month's we have dealt with many agent's in Newcastle but unfortunately have not been able to secure the property we wished to purchase . We have found Thomas to be quite open and honest in all our dealings. Our journey with Thomas has been one of very much keeping in touch, from both sides we have even at times contacted Thomas to ask input regarding properties we were looking at with other agents where he was most helpful even sometimes after hours nothing was too much trouble. At the end of a long we eventually purchased our property (March 2018) and yes it was Thomas that we purchased through by negotiation between him, us and the owners. She was wonderful with communication and would communicate any developments in the sale on Sundays and evenings to make sure it went smoothly and that we didn't lose a keen buyer. She was so professional, you can tell she has been doing this job for a long time as she really knows how to manage people and read them which is very important in an agent.
