We are very pleased to be able to respond to this request to write a review for Kate Rundle, Walkom Real Estate. For a start, the price achieved was higher than expected - always a cheerful outcome if you are a vendor. We were both very impressed with the absolute professionalism displayed by Kate at all stages of the selling process. Initial directive meetings outlined the procedures and expectations and from there we were kept informed of developments immediately they occurred; were consulted about final drafts for advertising material and again consulted about our requirements and decisions in preparation for the auction process. Inexperience creates insecurities about the prospect of selling property and all that this entails.
