We are very pleased with the performance of Thomas, he kept us up to date with all negotiations with the various potential purchasers, whether the result was good or bad, his attention to involving us at every stage in the sale was very reassuring in our choice of agent. We had a bit of a mess around with a purchaser that negotiated an offer that we accepted and signed contracts to, however the purchaser kept us hanging for a few weeks until pulling out of his offer, Thomas was very reassuring and continued to help us through this period and move forward with more viewings to finally negotiate and secure the sale.
