We have been impressed by and satisfied with our dealings with Samantha in relation to selling our property. Walsh Real estate suggested we vacate our untidy tenants prior to sale allowed us to present a better house. Samanthas willingness to alter her plans and show our property to an interested party over Easter resulted in another party coming to view, who in turn made a cash offer and settled in 3 weeks.
