My partner and I found Sam to be a pleasure to deal with. From our first meeting at an open inspection we were greeted with a smile and bubbly personality. We took up a great amount of her time at this inspection as we were genuinely interested in the property. She did not at any time try to rush us and was very accommodating and informative. The resultant deal left both us and the vendors happy (we even got to meet the vendors and share a celebrator drink whilst putting the "sold" sticker on the signboard).

We bought our unit from Walsh Real Estate two years ago. We were first time home buyers and were extremely happy with the way the Walsh team made the process as easy and seamless as possible for us. Samantha worked tirelessly to promote our property with an impressive and professional marketing campaign. We put our unit up for sale a few weeks before Christmas and it was sold within 10 days of being listed! We were so unbelievably pleased with this result and couldn't have asked for a better one. Samantha and Tom kept us in the loop every step of the way in regards to the sale of our property. They would always return calls/respond to emails straight away which we were really impressed by. As joint beneficiaries to our late father's will, my sister and I found Samantha a very understanding agent for the sale of what had been our family home. Sincerity on first meeting is rarely verifiable, particularly in sales; yet throughout our dealings with Samantha, her prompt attention to our personal concerns as well as the business in hand was exemplary so that by the time of the auction, we were aware that her reliability and transparency was very real.
