After 5 months on the market and little to no interest in our house we were left wondering are we going to have to give this place away, this was our first time selling and not sure what could possibly be the difference from one agent to the next and why would we pay a advertising package our current agent asked for nothing, and that's what we got, but getting desperate to sell as we needed to move along we swallowed our pride and decided to give sandy and his team a go, pay a little extra and wasn't it worth it,within five weeks and 13 lookers the place was sold not only sold but sold for top dollar, constant communication so we never were left wondering we knew these guys were the real deal now, there intrenched in real estate and it showed in the service they provide we couldn't have asked for anything more or a better result it was a pleasure doing business and the best 1000 dollars wed ever spent on advertising.
