Sandy and his team are in touch with the local real estate market, from the first point of contact I felt assured that I would be given what I was offered in regards to the sales contract. We had a difficult time selling a property near Mangoola Coal Mine but all it took, in the end was an honest appraisal and a price that was realistic.
