We found Warren to be highly knowledgeable of the local area. He was very approachable, honest and upfront on all issues and kept us regularly updated on all progress on the sale of our property. Warren was always available to answer any questions we had and we were very impressed with the marketing, service and commitment he provided. We would highly recommend Warren and Amy to anyone considering selling their property as they proved themselves to be outstanding agents as well as sincere and respected individuals.

I lived in Sydney and put in an offer sight unseen, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Warren, He was always professional, personable and nothing was too much trouble for him. If I sent him an email, and he was not in the office, he would ring me of a night to discuss. He spent approximately 2.5 hours going through the home with me, before contacts were signed, checking all the appliances, and also almost the same amount of time with me on the final inspection. Even after the contracts were exchanged he continued to answer any questions I had. Although I was a purchaser, if I was going to sell, I would be mor than happy to list my property for sale with hisa Agency.

Buying a house through Warren was an absolute pleasure from the start. His depth of knowledge of the local market is just incredible, a true local with integrity and an upfront and honest approach to the whole process, completely stress free with no pressure, no bull***t and no fearful sales techniques which seem to be such a common trait in the real estate business. From our first conversation when I explained what I was after and my budget, he kept me informed of any houses which met my criteria, no time wasting or showing me houses which did not meet my needs. Then one day he called me to say he thought he found me the perfect place, and it turned out to be exactly that! . A true professional who guided me through the whole process with fantastic communication the whole way. I could call him any time with any questions and he answered me straight up every time. I can't thank him enough for all his efforts, absolute legend! Would recommend 100% without any doubts. Thanks for finding my first home Wazza, it's perfect!

Warren & his team were exceptional, right from the start! He had my house sold before it was even advertised on the market!!!! I’m currently living in SA & my property for sale was in NSW. He handled everything, and I didn’t have a worry, & he got the sale price I wanted. The sale went thru smoothly & everyone involved were very professional, prompt & informative. I have no doubt about using Warren in the future, if I was to sell my existing property. Many many thanks Warren, Julie & Amy!

Warren was fantastic. Covid made buying and selling pretty tricky as we were in lockdown in Sydney. Told Warren what we were looking for in a property and he found it for us. He’s super helpful and so easy to deal with. His jovial, larger than life personality doesn’t detract from his professionalism- it just makes the whole experience so much more palatable. Thanks Warren for finding us our dream home!! We’d recommend you without hesitation. You’re the real deal. 10/10.
