Warren and Amy made the process of buying a first home super easy. Very honest and straight up . Very professional and knowledgable in all areas and extremely helpful. He got us a good price, acted quickly and communicated very clearly between us and the seller. He would go out of his way to do everything he could to help, like providing access for quotes and inspections at short notice. They were very friendly and courteous and communicated very well. Warren would check in regularly to make sure everything was going well and offer to help with anything that was needed. Stuck to his word in every aspect and made the deal smooth and easy, a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 would suggest.

Warren's service as a real estate agent was excellent; his communication was pro active and honest and he responded to every request promptly. His longterm local knowledge was reassuring and exceptionally helpful, and he responded to problems with flexible solutions. So yes, he does all the things you expect of an agent to a standard of excellence, but he did so much more. On the day we drove from Sydney to view the house we dropped the car key in the garden! He stayed with us for over an hour to look, called local tradies to help and ended up driving us to the station to get home, all with a smile and a laugh. When the house needed more cleaning he organised it the next day - just two examples of the 'Warren' extra mile. Buying a new home is big - but with Warren I didn't just feel like I was buying a home, I felt like I was personally being welcomed into a new community.
