Warren's service as a real estate agent was excellent; his communication was pro active and honest and he responded to every request promptly. I lived in Sydney and put in an offer sight unseen, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Warren, He was always professional, personable and nothing was too much trouble for him. If I sent him an email, and he was not in the office, he would ring me of a night to discuss. He spent approximately 2.5 hours going through the home with me, before contacts were signed, checking all the appliances, and also almost the same amount of time with me on the final inspection.
