Craig was honest and credible in his dealings with us. His communication was clear and direct. He answered questions in a timely way and went out of his way to show us the house mid-week in the lead up to the auction. I can't comment on his market knowledge/negotiation skills as they weren't really very relevant to our dealings with him, but he certainly came across as much more honest and credible than most real estate agents I have dealt with.
