Jacki is more than able to handle all areas for go to market strategy and campaign based on sound knowledge of the market. Jacki clearly has her finger on the up to the minute pulse and leaves the vendor feeling very comfortable with regular communication about what's happening. Jacki Williams did an outstanding job on selling my property from start to finish. She supported the process of getting the property campaign-ready by putting me in touch with quality tradespeople and a stylist and communicated with me regularly prior to listing the property. During the four week campaign, she gave in depth feedback and insights so that I was fully prepared by auction day. She and her colleagues also made time out of hours to show the property to prospective buyers. The auction itself was very professionally conducted and I was very pleased with the result. I really appreciated the professional style in which Conor handled the sale of the property that I bought. It relied on a tender process ( closed bids) and he managed to get the maximum purchase price for his vendor. (unfortunately for me). Throughout the process, he was always available to take my calls or would call back if unavailable to answer any queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conor for any real estate matters. I actually enjoyed the process.
