Work secondments have resulted in my family and I moving to numerous locations across different countries and different states. We have bought, sold and rented numerous houses in these different locations. On each occasion we have dealt with real estate agents. 10 years ago we moved to Sydney and bought a house. Jackie was the agent representing the vendor. As the buyer in that transaction, we were very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness of communication we experienced in dealing with Jacki. Jacki was the vendors agent but became a de facto relocation consultant to us during the process. We moved to Brisbane some 6 years ago and rented the Sydney property via another agency. Late last year we decided to sell the house. We started with the agency who held the rental contract. I sold my unit 2 weeks after it was placed on the market. My expectation in terms of price was discussed and a plan of action was developed. The calendar of open days was very helpful together with copies of photos and advertisements. Jacki has excellent communication skills. When dealing with real estate agents or salesman in any matter there is a certain stigma attached that the saleman is the enermy and standoff negotiations must take place till a sale is reached. Conor procrs that this is not always the case, Conor was a pleasure to deal with during the negotiation stage as well as during settlement and helped us with things we didn't even consider. I consider him to be professional in his approach but also understanding to our needs and I will definitely consider using Conor's services in the future

I am so grateful for the assistance of both Warwick Williams and Adrian Sereni in selling my mother's house. They offered to arrange for me significant work to the house including gardening, painting, new carpet and styling. I was able to leave all of the organisation to them which was fantastic. From our first meeting, I knew Jacki was the right agent to sell my 3 bedroom apartment. There was an instinctual feeling that she was the right person to act on my behalf - and the feeling was backed up by her comprehensive knowledge of the market, the area, her gently persuasive negotiating manner and her outstanding communication skills. I was selling towards the end of the year, and as the market had started to soften a little so her advice around method of sale, marketing and small improvements to make were spot on. Jacki recommended some tradespeople to work with, who did a wonderful job in getting the property ready for sale. I ultimately achieved the price I wanted, the sale culminating in a slightly tricky negotiation in the final two days before contract exchange; Jacki managed that process expertly and very impressively.
