Our experience of purchasing our home via Troy was seamless; the only real stress we encountered came from the vendor's side. Troy had thorough knowledge of the area where we made our purchase, and also quite detailed knowledge of the home itself. He was relaxed in his sales approach, highlighting good features of the property without artifice, and answering our questions about less pleasing aspects of the home honestly.
