The real estate campaign was planned to extract the maximum interest from the most enlisted during a peak period, from 8th January 2018 for an intensive fortnight, despite dripping humidity and a disturbingly bumpy road. (Don't mention the river ford). Agent attire was always impeccable, until the the final assault when the tie was discarded and short sleeves sensibly preferred. It was like a boot camp for the uninitiated, where sensible shoes were requested and iced water was at the ready for the overheated. Also river sounds therapy was provided for recovery of the collective ears assaulted by the din and thrum of the cicadas in the forest. Despite all these potential down sides, Agent Michael Debreceny led the charge through the unusual pole house, effusively 'singing' in praise of the property, and then up the back track towards the rainforest, sensitively cutting it short for the tired and battle worn company as appropriate. The sudden emergence of a buyer and the continuing guidance and repartee, (phone conversations) to helpfully provide property information persisted for some time, in fact an awfully long time. This despite Michael's best efforts to analyse the selling plan, to be objective with the battle lines and to provide friendly liason with several related parties requesting second and third viewings, and further information. Michael's stamina in executing this campaign was outstanding. He is reputed to have a talent for winning rural real estate battles, and he did indeed give his all. I congratulate Michael for being an astute, friendly and persistent warrior for this vendor.
