Chantal is the go to agent in the Belmont area!

Excellent communication and friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble.
Craig went out of his way to meet our needs to view the property as we live in Esperance. He allowed us to organise meetings around other appointments we had in Perth. Throughout our apartment buying Craig was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails (And there were a lot), keeping us informed about every development. He provided support beyond the transaction, and has the ability to solve problems effectively. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone whether buying or selling. This was our first experience of buying real estate outside Esperance and strata buying was a little different from past experience we have had but Craig was very patient in explaining our many questions.

Professional
The agency provides all the legal information needed to purchase the house. And answer all the questions that you have about the process. However, they strictly adhere to the sales requirements and do not intervene with the owners to make improvements to the house being purchased. In the end, you have to accept the house as it is, because otherwise, you would face numerous fines, making it cheaper to buy and then fix all the defects yourself.
