We have had such difficulties with selling this property with amongst others a previous agent listing our property for 1 1/2 yrs with no offer presented. We gave it to Craig to sell and it was on approx 1 week and two offers came in. We have how sold now with much relief and I think what we have said above speaks for itself as to how highly we rate Craig as a selling agent. He is one of a kind who went out of his way several times to help this happen. We cannot speak more highly of Craig as a selling agent.
