Just before Christmas, my wife and I realised we had to sell our apartment, and my wife saw she sold another apartment nearby. WELSH were the only team we contacted who were willing to pick up the phone around this holiday period. We were connected with Chantal, who was lovely and very accommodating. Though she was away on holiday, she made note to call us back early Jan (and she did!), and helped us get the ball rolling with getting our property on the market early. My wife and I hardly had to do anything with promotion, sales and background paperwork: Chantal and the WELSH team sorted it all. She kept us in the loop every week about interest and offers, and how things are like in the market in general. She has a clear, balanced, methodical but goal-oriented approach and her experience in real-estate shines through. Through her, we sold our apartment at a reasonable price and profit within a month of being on market! We cannot thank her enough.
