It was time to sell our little unit in Vic Park. Craig came to us highly recommended by a trusted friend. He came to our house the same week as we contacted him, although we knew he was very busy with much bigger customers. He gave us a fair appraisal and made a few suggestions as to how to present our unit for the first home open. We signed up to what seemed a very fair deal. With his house dressing suggestions, we had heaps of buying groups through and 3 ! offers at the first home open. All the offers were low-ish but Craig worked with all 3 potential buyers and got a deal we were happy to sign that evening ! Fantastic job Craig. Well done !

a few years back when I tried to sell my old house, but it was during the down turn/bad market. Craig suggested that we put the property up for rental, as the rental market was quite good. (he even offered me a discounted rate for the property management fees) And when the property market finally made a rebounce, Craig helped me to get my property sold (2 days after the first home open from a interstate buyer) for a little bit above the asking price.
