Chantal is just amazing - she had previously sold a property for me and really impressed me back then so I was keen to have her sell my latest property when I was ready. Chantal sat down and listened to what I wanted and why I was selling and advised me in the best way to present my property. Friendly and accessible - knowledgeable and very competent- Chantal had my property listing up and ready in no time. My house sold at the first open and I left the state for a move over east - Chantal dealt with various potential disasters (hot water system that decided to burst and smoke alarms that needed replacing) completely and efficiently with very little stress for me ( which was hugely important to me) - all together just an absolute delight to deal with - Chantal really couldn’t have made anything any easier or more pleasant for me. If I were staying in WA I would definitely be looking to Chantal and WELSH Real Estate to both purchase a new property and to re sell if that time came again.
