Trying to sell a property while overseas was never going to be easy but Chantal managed to get the price we wanted and the house sold very quickly. Once we had agreed to use Welsh's as our agent the formalities were completed with the minimum of delay and the house was listed within the week. Throughout the process Chantal and her team kept us informed of progress with regular e-mails and even phone calls if they were needed. Communication levels were excellent throughout which is so critical when the time difference means days can be lost if information is not passed on as soon as possible. Very happy with the service of the conveyancing team who helped greatly in liaising with the bank and providing support during settlement. Five stars.
