A difficult experience that worked out well

From Our First Meeting We Knew We Had The Right Sales Agent
From the first phone call, we knew that we just had to have Chantal as our selling agent. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone (no other agent was spending this time with us straight away), I told my partner that I knew we would choose Chantal, but we're all about due-diligence and so we met with several other agents, but we shouldn't have wasted our time. Chantal was great. She came across well presented, well-spoken, and kind. If we felt this comfortable and trusting of Chantal, we could only expect the same from the buyers of our home. Chantal devised a marketing strategy and its execution worked! Our home was sold with 6 Days!! For the price we were hoping for. We were beyond excited!! I highly recommend Chantal as the selling agent for your home.

Chantal was one in a million
After two other experiences with agents left us with a very bad taste in our mouths; Chantal was a breath of fresh air! Straight up, honest, genuine and empathetic, Chantal was efficient and communicative and went above and beyond when we went through and O&A on the 7th March = only for a Pandemic to be announced 4 days later. Chantal organised prior possession and pulling forward settlement to avoid any issues with moving in a lockdown. She kept us updated more than daily and was simply amazing throughout a very stressful time. Best in the biz - St James, East Vic Park, Belmont area - you're lucky to have her!
