Chantal is a wonderful person and worked to make the sale in a tough market. She did what we asked with what was a tricky sale, and put up with my subdivisional theatrics. I would have liked a higher price, but it was within the guide lines - the market is what it is. Why not 5 stars you ask? Because I'm conservative and noone gets 5 stars; I mean, I gotta keep her on her toes for next time. Makk.

Craig successfully sold our house in relatively high pressure circumstances. We were pushing to sell our house quickly in a falling market before we moved overseas. We had a higher priority on the timing than the final price, although the latter was obviously important too. Craig worked hard to find a buyer and to engage them. The Buyer's structural inspection of the house highlighted some items that needed to be fixed for the settlement to go through. Under some significant time pressure, Craig arranged for the work to be completed (which took a fair bit of legwork and patience) before the original settlement date arrived. In the end, the house settled within 12 weeks of going on the market (inc 4 week settlement period) which was a good outcome for us. Craig displays a good level of confidence (but not over-confident) for the role as agent. He maintains constant communication which was also a challenge given we were overseas soon after the house went onto the market. My wife and I would certainly recommend him and would be happy to use him again in the future.
