Robin has knowledge and ability to communicate and execute. At times you really need to chase him up to follow through your deal. Once chased he is quick to resolve the problem. Some of the identified issues on the house by the building inspector I engaged were not resolved.

I would have liked a higher price, but it was within the guide lines - the market is what it is. Why not 5 stars you ask?
