We went through Robin Welsh with 2 properties, mine and my parents and both times we found he was to quick to sell and worked more for the buyer rather then the seller. We learnt this whilst the second propery was up for sale and because we decided to hold off rather than sell on " the first offer, as we were told this would be our best offer"!
