When we looked to sell our house we thought about going through the tiresome process of engaging half a dozen agents in the area and felt we wouldnt get the service we wanted from one of the larger estate agents in the area. We had seen the Welsh Realestate cars around the area and though why not give a local guy a go? We picked up the phone and held our breath hoping it was the right thing to do. We were Amazed. Robin had a friendly and genuine voice over the phone and seemed so enthusiastic to be a part of the house selling journey with us. Robin and his team met us and we went through the house and the process what our options were. All through the time Robin and his team gave off a great and friendly vibe and didnt push us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. We had such an over whelming interest in the house and all through the process Robin made us feel as if we were individuals and gave us the 1 on 1 time if we needed him instead of treating us like a number.
