Chantal did a fantastic job selling our home. She had a great understanding of the market and was able to get a great price for our house, more than we expected we could get. Chantal's strategy of taking through clients individually we felt worked really well and we felt it helped sell our house at such a good price and so quickly. It was only on the market 12 days.
