Wes was the reason we were able to sell our property. Droylsden House is unique in Horsham and we knew it could take time to sell; it is both a building of unique historical character, and a functioning allied health clinic. The local market was also down because of the drought. Without Wes's determination and knowledge of the market, and his ability to work alongside prospective buyers, I am sure we would still be trying to sell. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
