Rob was open and honest with us as we were looking to purchase a new house. We liked the way he made contact with us, and his genuine and friendly manner. He was very approachable, and was not pushy in any way, which was something we appreciated. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, in fact, he did most of the negotiations for the purchase of our new property on his day off.
