I purchased my house with assistance from Rob around the time that Better House and Garden started the Home Improvement -DYI movement. What fun I have had in this very doable home! It was easy for Rob to sell some ten years later....he could tell the new home owners what things looked like beforehand and still encourage them to go even further with the property. He has the imagination to see where a property can grow and the ability to match this to his clients capabilities and needs. Rob knows the Horsham community well, he lives and breathes it! His opinion is very much respected by other related practitioners in the area.....if Rob said it worth X amount his right! Rob defies that the usual concept that people have of used car sales men and real estate agents......he genuinely takes an interest in the client, their before purchase and after sale interests and movements within the community. I found the process very easy with Rob when it is quite daunting to be making such a large, important purchase. He was always very obliging and arranged inspections of properties for me to see more than once without any hesitation and with great efficiency. Communication was always there and follow up was exceptional which was handy for me as I tend to let things just cruise along unless prompted.
