From the 1st meeting with William we were put at ease. He listened and understood our needs and made everything from this conversation, seamless. We had a lease turn around in a week. The family is very happy and at ease. Thank you Will and Chloe for your support on our new journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Will as my property manager and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His diligence and professionalism stood out from the start, making the entire process of renting out my property smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was his extensive knowledge of tenancy regulations. He navigated everything with precision and clarity and this gave me great peace of mind. His attention to detail and proactive approach meant that finding a tenant was both quick and convenient. If you’re looking for a property manager who truly knows his field and handles everything with professionalism and care, I can highly recommend Will and team.

We have lived in a lot of rentals and can say without a doubt this is the best experience we have had so far. William is extremely professional, but also very personable - something that you truly don’t come across from tenant to agent. He is reliable, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and more. Not just William, but also the team at Westons are very professional and friendly. We feel very lucky to have William as our agent and are very happy with how our experience has been in our tenancy.

We have had the pleasure of securing our recent rental through Weston’s Property Group. The whole process has been refreshingly easy, and Property Manager, William has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. After many years of working with different REA and property managers - this has genuinely been the easier and most enjoyable experience.

Will and Chloe were professional, efficient and a pleasure to deals with. They went out of their way to show us the property so we could take measurements for furniture and appliances. The entire renting process was seamless and I would highly recommend them.

We really appreciate the diligent and professional manner William and Chloe in a) managing the exit of our previous tenant with detailed exiting report include photographics of condition of the property; b) advertising for a new tenant immediately with open house on same week of previous tenant moving out and c) provide a list of potential tenants with detailed overview of their financial and reason for moving which was wonderful in assisting us in selecting a tenant that would suit our property and our requirement. We thankWilliam and his team at Weston Property for managing our properties and we highly recommend their agency to other discernible property owners who want their properties to be well managed.

From the first time I met William onsite of our new Granny Flat we were always up to date with any enquiries and open home feedback. Great friendly service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westons to anyone.

After a few minutes I realised I was at the right agency. The agent kept me in the loop and offered suggestions at every stage of the process, which ensured all 3 parties were satisfied with the result in less than a week.
