After a year of frustrating management, Weston Proprty secured us an outstanding tenant situation. They were able to achieve this by holding three open house situations, careful checking of propespective teants details, referring and discussion evey aspect of the tenancy process, reponding and answering any questions we could ask; however, their main attribute is acknowledging what we wanted in regard to a potential tenant that would suit our situation At no time did we feel pressured to take what they wanted, that was the case with other real estate management selection processes we have previosly encounterd. Weston's actually lisstened to the problems we had previsly eencounted and reponded. We would have to recomend , based on what we had previously encounterd, Weston's service and follow up is outstanding Our concerns were always follow up and listend to, quite a shock, thoughly recommend this agency.

We bought a property with Weston's Property and co and we told them we want to rent out our other property.William Khalil was amazing organising paperwork and inspection for us.Danielle Attard is such an asset to the team as she is amazing and very well organised.Our property was leased after one inspection with the price we asked for which is an amazing outcome for us. Thanks to the team.These guys are amazing with communication and we don't have to chase up which makes our lives so easy.I will highly recommend Weston Property and co.
