After a year of frustrating management, Weston Proprty secured us an outstanding tenant situation. They were able to achieve this by holding three open house situations, careful checking of propespective teants details, referring and discussion evey aspect of the tenancy process, reponding and answering any questions we could ask; however, their main attribute is acknowledging what we wanted in regard to a potential tenant that would suit our situation At no time did we feel pressured to take what they wanted, that was the case with other real estate management selection processes we have previosly encounterd. Weston's actually lisstened to the problems we had previsly eencounted and reponded. We would have to recomend , based on what we had previously encounterd, Weston's service and follow up is outstanding Our concerns were always follow up and listend to, quite a shock, thoughly recommend this agency.

My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Westons, particularly with Georgia Gatt. She is warm, friendly, professional, great communicator, and highly efficient. She answered our questions and gave us a lot of information about the property that cemented our decision to submit an application and to put our best foot forward. This has been the best experience we have had with a real estate agent so far, hands down. We great appreciate Georgia's work with us and were over the moon to secure the property as the next tenants. I have viewed another property in the past that Westons held a viewing for, and that was when I first met Georgia and Will, and they were just as friendly and professional back then as they are now.
